We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create, and your satisfaction is our priority. The following policy outlines the terms of our guarantee:
QUALITY COMMITMENT
We guarantee that all life casts, custom wooden frames, and sculptures are crafted with the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our life casts are made using premium materials, and all wooden frames are carefully constructed to your specifications. Sculptures are mounted securely on high-quality natural stone bases to ensure their durability and visual appeal. Every product we create undergoes rigorous quality checks to meet our exacting standards.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. We guarantee that your life cast, frame, or sculpture will arrive in perfect condition, provided the delivery is not subject to external damage during transit. If any shipping-related damage occurs, please notify us within 24 HOURS of receipt with clear photographs of the damage. We recommend keeping all original packaging for inspection in the event of a claim.
DEFECTIVE CASTS AND SCULPTURES
In the unlikely event that your product is found to be defective due to material or craftsmanship errors, we offer a repair or replacement free of charge. Defects must be reported within 24 HOURS of receipt of the product. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team with detailed information about the issue and provide photographic evidence of the defect.
CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom life casts and frames, we will provide a digital proof or design concept for your approval prior to production. Once approved, we will proceed with crafting the item as specified. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom pieces unless they are faulty or damaged. If you have any concerns with your custom order upon receipt, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
EXCLUSIONS
Our guarantee does not cover:
Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or neglect after delivery.
Natural variations in the materials used, such as the wood in custom frames and the stone bases, which may have unique colourations, grain patterns, or natural imperfections.
Wear and tear from daily use or accidental damage.
